This south facing 3 Bed 2 Bath detached Villa is set within the well maintained private complex of Villa Costa, which is in close proximity to all the local amenities.

Bedrooms – The main bedroom has a King sized bed, fitted wardrobe ,air conditioning; en suite shower room .

The 2nd bedroom comes with a double bed & fitted wardrobes& air conditioning the 3rd bedroom comes with two single beds along with wardrobe space & air conditioning.

Bathrooms – The family bathroom consists of a toilet,walk in shower, and wash basin – The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom consist of a shower cubicle, toilet, and pedestal wash basin . Freshly pressed towels and bed linen are provided for your stay .

Kitchen – The kitchen is fully fitted and provides all white goods which include, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and kettle. It is equipped with adequate cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery to accommodate a family of six, also available is the use of an drinking water system .

Living Room / Dining Area – A dining table with four matching chairs is provided and the living room area consists of a two seater sofa and two separate armchairs. A flat-screen TV is provided along with Full subscription English-TV package and a DVD player. We have a covered terrace at the front of the property accessed via the main door, a perfect area to relax. Additionally you have the use of external sun loungers down by the private pool , upstairs on the roof solarium we have additional loungers and seating. This space is perfect for whilst eating your breakfast and watching the sun rise with perfect sea views, or perhaps a glass of vino whilst enjoying the sun set.

Area information – Campoamor is a superb location being close to all local amenities such as bars, restaurants and the new designer shopping centre of La Zenia, Approx. 10-minute drive takes you to the 4 fabulous golf courses of Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Las Colinas. The lovely sandy beaches of the Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are also close by.

The airport of Alicante is approx. a 40 minute drive while the airport of San Javier is approx. a 15 minute drive.The newly opened designer shopping centre and blue flag beaches of La Zenia are easily reached either by car or public transport.

Local supermarket Mercadonna is easily reached by foot with in a 4 minutes walk, this property is perfect if you are seeking a holiday which doesn’t require a hire a car as everything is easily accessed on foot .
