Daya Nueva is a small town of about 2,000 inhabitants, located southeast of the province of Alicante, in the region of Bajo Segura, with an altitude of 9 meters which occupies an area of 7.2 km2 and a distance of 44 km. Alicante and 196 from Valencia.

The municipality is crossed by the AP-7 (Autopista Alicante-Cartagena), so it is especially well-connected with the capital and the airport, the coast, the Hospital de la Vega Baja, etc.
